ORDER POLICY/TERMS & CONDITIONS
Order can be placed directly from our website’s Shop page, and that is the preferred method of order placing. You may also place an order within our bakeshops during business hours./
To confirm your order, we require full payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac Debit, when placing an order within our shop; Online orders take all major credit cards.
If you email or use the website’s contact form to inquire about an order, we will do our best to get back to you within 24-36 hours. Please note, weekends are quite busy for us, and we may be delayed in email response time from Friday-Sunday.
We accept Visa,Mastercard, and Interac when placing an order at our pastry shop.
Though we do our best to keep the information on our website correct, prices are subject to change without notice.
Making cake is art! At Just Cakes Bakeshop, our cake artists will follow customer provided details and directions to the best of their ability. Creative license is often needed, however, to ensure every product that leaves our shop will reflect the high quality work that we stand by at JCB. Every single item that leaves our bakeshop is made by hand - each cake and work of edible art is unique. Just Cakes Bakeshop cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in regards to colour matching, composition, replicas, and so forth.
Just Cakes Bakeshop ships our cake jars throughout Canada using Canada Post & UPS as our third-party shipping carrier. Orders are shipped once per week on Wednesdays. The order cut-off for Wednesday shipping is 11:59pm PST Sunday. All orders placed after this will be shipped the following Wednesday. We do not ship to PO boxes. Shipments must be deliverable to a street address within Canada. Just Cakes Bakeshop is not responsible for shipping delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or required re-routing and incur additional fees are subject to additional charges for re-shipment. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries, or inability to deliver.
Just Cakes Bakeshop offers pickup of orders at: #5-7548 120 St Surrey BC (JCB Scott Road) and #103-17767 64 Ave, Surrey BC (JCB Cloverdale). All orders must be picked up on the date selected when placing your order. If, for any reason, you are unable to pick up your order on your requested pick up date, please contact as at email@example.com to discuss options. Orders not picked up on their pick up date are not eligible for a refund; a new order will need to be placed for a new pick up date.
Just Cakes Bakeshop currently offers delivery with Locvl Delivery within the Lower Mainland/Greater Vancouver region. You have two delivery options, 11-2pm, and 3-7pm. An exact delivery time is not guaranteed, and time-sensitive requests will be granted at a first come first serve (no guarantee) basis. Please make arrangements to have your order collected from the driver. If the driver cannot contact you and complete the delivery, the order will be returned to Just Cakes Bakeshop at the expense of the customer, and the customer will be required to pick up the order from the indicated location. Orders that cannot be then picked up, or failed delivery with no reach to the customer, will not be refunded.
As cakes and treats are perishable by nature, we are unable to control how products are transported and stored once they leave our shop - and therefore, we do not accept returns.
If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and feel it does not match your expectations, please contact our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of the date you picked up your order, and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the product, including packaging
- A detailed description of the issue, and information of how the product was transported and stored.
We will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure you are happy with your Just Cakes Bakeshop experience. Circumstances pending, Just Cakes Bakeshop will issue a credit for re-order.
Cancellations & Modifications
All cancellation requests must be submitted a minimum of five business days prior to your scheduled pick up. Once preparation and baking has commenced, there are no refunds provided for cancellations or modifications. However, at its sole discretion, Just Cakes Bakeshop may grant cancellation and/or full or partial refunds after orders are baked depending on circumstance.. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our team by emailing email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
Special Orders & Large Quantities/Corporate
For special orders and large quantities, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org at least two weeks (14 days) prior to desired pick up date with the date you’d like your order for, quantities required, and desired flavours. Our team will provide you with the options we have available to best suit your needs. All special and large orders require credit card information for reservations and are accepted on a first come, first served basis based on availability.
The Just Cakes Team is in the office responding to emails in the order they are received Tuesday – Friday. Please email email@example.com. We typically allow for a 24-36 response window. For questions that require an immediate answer, please call the relevant shop number between 12pm-6pm and our team would be happy to help.
